The collaboration addressesUnited Kingdomand Europe, theMiddle Eastand Africa (EMEA)-region content providers’ need to transform content for multiplatform delivery, the companies say. LoftLondonwill help Wohler in offering RadiantGrid customers a range of professional services, including design and build, training and post-sales support, the firms say.

LoftLondonhas opened an enterprise support center based inLondon, and that hub will provide clients with a local presence within the territory for support activities, ranging from workflow analysis and best practices to fault diagnosing and software upgrades, the company says. The support center also offers a network operations center for live monitoring.

James Gibson, managing director of Loft London Solutions says, by integrating closely with the Radiant Grid API and working with Wohler to standardize hardware, the company has been able to produce an enterprise-class remote monitoring platform that feeds data back live to our network operations center on a four-tier basis. That enables for proactive, rather than reactive support, ensuring clients achieve the maximum total cost of ownership from the install, according to Gibson.
