Vizio, a producer of high-definition televisions, says its new line of enhanced HDTVs, the M-Series Razor LED Smart TVs, will be available starting the week of May 28.
Featuring an ultra-thin bezel that provides a near borderless television experience, the M-Series HDTVs reduce peripheral distractions and enhance the picture quality allowing for a “superior edge-to-edge viewing experience,” says Scott McManigal, Vizio’s vice president of industrial design.
The M-Series combines enhanced picture quality and a more responsive, easy to use Vizio Internet Apps Plu, the company says. In addition, the M-Series also features Smart Dimming technology that can deliver deeper blacks and brighter whites for a richer contrast, the company says.
In addition, the M-Series units offer full HD 1080p and up to 240Hz effective refresh rate featuring Smooth Motion enhanced with backlight scanning allowing for the sharpest possible picture.
The M-Series is available in a full range of screen sizes, including 32 inches, M321i; 40 inches, M401i; 47 inches, M471i; 50 inches, M501d; 55 inches, M551d; 60 inches, M601d; 65 inches, M651d; 70 inches, M701d and 80 inches, M801d. Models that are 50-inches or larger feature Vizio’s Theater 3D technology, thereby offering a flicker-free, 3D picture through lightweight, battery free glasses, the firm says.
