Video Guidance, a visual communications company, has expanded VG Connect, a cloud-based, industry-unique integration ofvideo conferencing tools, to include the video endpoints of all its technology partners.
The endpoints of Cisco, Polycom and LifeSize are now integrated with VG Connect services, simplifying the use of video conferencing and reducing the upfront costs of deployment, the company says. The video endpoints are installed and connected directly to the VG Connect video platform, ensuring an end-to-end managed solution to easily dial and connect to any standards-based video user, the firm says.
Customers can choose from an array of PC-based, desktop or room systems with a monthly subscription plan to make video calls. Video Guidance has developed its video conferencing outsourcing model to work with all the leading manufacturers, the firm says.
“No matter what a customer’s applications include, any business can use our cloud services affordably because they can pay as they go…without owning it,” said Mike Werch, Video Guidance’s president and CEO. “From large campuses to rural communities, our customers are very strategic about how they communicate and how they use video,” he said.
