Totten Joins DVIGear as Field Support Engineer

Qualifying experience includes 16 years with JVC and Hughes-JVC

DVIGear, a manufacturer of digital connectivity products, has named industry veteran Richard Totten to the company’s team of audiovisual professionals.
As a field support engineer, Totten will work with the sales and technical support teams to provide customer support from the company’s Marietta, Ga., headquarters and in the field.
“I’ve worked in product support for most of my career, and it’s great to be part of a team that is so customer-focused,” Totten said.
“He brings thirty years of field support experience from the large screen projection industry to our team, and he has a solid track record of resolving problems in all types of customer applications.”
Totten previously held various product support positions with JVC and its subsidiary Hughes-JVC for more than 16 years, and he was a field support engineer for Barco Projection Systems for six years.

The new employees joining CEI are Senior Design Engineer Tim Caldecott, Senior Systems Support Engineer Mel Berry Jr., Design Engineer Jeremy Zavik, and Sales Account Manager Jennifer Helmrich.
