MILFORD, CT–At the 2016 NAB Show, Thinklogical will debut a new product line of KVM extenders and matrix switchers.

The new TLX CATx KVM extender and matrix switcher products support a hybrid and uncompressed signal path for CATx copper network cable and fiber, and can transmit video resolution up to 4K DCI/UHD resolution. TLX CATx is fully compatible with Thinklogical’s TLX fiber-optic product line.

The TLX Hybrid Video and KVM Extenders include DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 1.4 extenders, Ethernet port, surface mount chassis for CATx extenders and hot-swappable fiber extenders. It supports HDCP content, for full duplex stereo and embedded audio, with the ability to de-embed at the receiver for unbalanced analog audio, and serial RS-232 and for USB 2.0 and USB HID.

Chassis sizes for the TLX Hybrid Matrix Switches range from 12-640 ports. The switches are non-blocking and protocol-agnostic and are interoperable with Thinklogical’s 6.25Gbps Velocity series products. Power supplies, fan trays, control cards, data input and output cards are all hot-swappable.

The 2016 NAB Show takes place in Las Vegas, April 18-21. Thinklogical will be in booth SL6028. For more information, visit
