Telecast Fiber Systems, now a Belden brand, has been key to advances in video technology for decades.

Now the company is using video to explain some of its products, and is posting on its own YouTube Channel. Videos feature telecast products like Adder II, its fiber-optic audio multiplexer, and its CopperHead, its fiber optic camera transceiver.

And with 3D threatening to take over the world, the company has added a video explaining use of the technology in "Avatar" with a video featuring the words of Vince Pace, director of photography for "Avatar." He described director James Cameron's directive to develop a "Holy Grail" camera that could shoot in both 2D and 3D.
