IROQUOIS, ONTARIO—Ross has rebranded its Legislative Control System to the new Lightning Control System for legislation broadcasts and recording, which now also addresses a broader range of applications, including corporate, house of worship, education, live events and news broadcasts.

The Lightning CS is able to automate control of meetings through a single operator with the help of its touch screen graphic user interface. This new version also adds improved picture-in-picture functionality, support for the PIVOTcam pan-tilt-zoom cameras and USB joystick control of cameras.

Ross will showcase the new version of the Lightning Control System at the upcoming 2017 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
