Rose Electronics Orion XC-1000 KVM switch Rose Electronics will demonstrate its signature Orion XC switch and UltraVista video wall controllers at the Government Video Expo 2013 show in Washington, D.C., on December 4-5. The Orion XC is a powerful and flexible KVM ssytem that can handle a multitude of signals and inputs from both CATx and fiber cabling. The unit supports extension of VGA, DVI, dual-link DVI, HD-SDI, HDMI, USB, PS/2, serial, and analog and digital audio. The Orion XC includes a built-in redundant power supply, and features plug-and-play configuration for inputs and outputs. UltraVista video wall controllers from Rose Electronics are available in VGA, DVI and HDMI, and display video signals across up to nine monitors with customizable display options for reshaping, resizing, and rotating the image maximum flexibility. Any area of the source image can be selected and displayed on any one of the monitors, or across all of the monitors in several different arrangements. The UltraVista series solves frame rate and output resolution compatibility issues by automatically converting each region independently.
