SAN ANDREAS, CALIF.—The advent of the digital age has a had a wide impact on a number of different areas, certainly with broadcasts as the Calaveras County Public Access TV Studio in San Andreas, Calif., has discovered. Local TV studios can now offer viewers multiple ways to see locally produced programs and personalities that provide insights into the communities. “We try to offer a little something for everyone,” said Ed Lark, manager of Calaveras County Public Access TV Studio.
