LAKR ORION, MICH.—Lightware is going mini with its new product, announcing the new MMX4x2-HT200, an HDBaseT-compatible, single CATx-based mini matrix switcher.
The MMX4x2-HT200 comes with three HDMI inputs and one HDBaseT-compatible TBS input port, plus two independent HDMI outputs. The switcher is 4K/UHD/3D capable and HDCP compliant with zero frame delay. Other Lightware technologies like Pixel Accurate Reclocking, Advanced EDID Management and built-in Event Manager control feature.
The unit’s audio capabilities include the ability to de-embed from the HDMI signal to a balanced five-pole Phoenix port, while the external audio signal can be embedded into the HDMI stream from another five-pole Phoenix input port.
Additional features include an RS-232, IR and Ethernet extension over TPS. The switcher also offers RS-232, Ethernet and USB control options.
Lightware will begin shipping the MMX4x2-HT200 in late spring.
