Laura Possessky At Government Video Expo, Dec. 1-3 in Washington, attendees can hear from a lawyer with years of experience in Intellectual Property and other issues for artists and producers.

Laura Possessky, of the Washington firm Gura & Possessky, will lead the workshop, “Lights, Camera… Lawsuit?” It’s designed to teach professionals about key legal issues and concepts to navigate common legal problems and to determine when legal counsel may become necessary.

The presentation is Thur., Dec. 3, at 1:30 p.m. in the Presentation Theater of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. It’s FREE for all GV Expo attendees.

Core concepts of copyright, contracts and business law will be covered. This is an interactive session. Participants are encouraged to come to the workshop with questions for a lively discussion.
