Las Vegas to Launch Municipal Roku and Apple TV Channels

The move will enable residents and others interested in the city to access streaming municipal content on demand

LAS VEGAS—When viewers cut the cord on traditional TV, they can often lose access to offerings from municipal TV channels. As a result, Las Vegas is expanding its municipal TV offerings by launching channels on to Roku and Apple TV devices. Available content will include council meetings and other city-produced programming, allowing citizens to watch them anywhere at any time.
