GV Expo: Panasonic Showcases 4k Camera Options

Company will be demo several options at Government Video Expo

WASHINGTON – Showcasing an array of government applications, Panasonic will demo several new 4K cameras, including a 4K handheld and 4K pan/tilt/zoom model at the Government Video Expo, held Dec. 1-3 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Cameras on display include the AG-DVX200PJ 4K handheld camcorder, the AW-UE70 4K PTZ and the AJ-PX380 P2 AVC-ULTRA shoulder-mount. Panasonic will also showcase the capabilities within the VariCam 35 4K Super 35mm camera/recorder; the AJ-PX270 P2 AVC-ULTRA handheld camcorder; the AW-HE40 and AW-HE130 HD PTZs; the AW-HEA10 wide-angle PTZ camera remote control and the AK-HC3800 2.2-megapixel 3CCD HD studio camera, designed for institutional production.

The company will also address 4K affordability issues during a Dec. 2 presentation titled “Affordable 4K Tools for the Field, Studio and the Meeting Room,” which will feature the AG-DVX200PJ and AW-UE70 cameras and will be given by Panasonic Senior Product Manager Steve Cooperman.
