The NetSmartz Workshop website is an interactive, educational safety resource from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children that creates age-appropriate activities to help teach children how to be safe online and in the real world.
The program is designed for students in elementary, middle and high school, and offers on- and offline activities such as animated videos, real-life stories and corresponding activity cards that provide a learning experience for children to enjoy and relate to in their daily lives.
Because of NetSmartz Workshop’s efforts to educate children to recognize and avoid online dangers, it is Government Video’s Website of the Week.

The site is designed to help teach or enhance the computer and Internet skills needed in today’s global work environment.
