bNetS@vvy is a comprehensive Internet safety website, brought to you by the National Education Association Health Information Network, in partnership with Sprint.
By providing up-to-date information about online trends and behavior, and offering practical cyber safety tools for use in the home and the classroom, bNetS@vvy becomes a tool for adults to help kids connect safely.
bNetS@vvy looks at the issues connected to the Internet—such as cyberbaiting and sexting—in order to help parents and educators guide children towards the safe and savvy use of social technology. It also offers various resources such as Internet safety pledge forms, or information on how to host an Internet safety session.
For trying to make the Internet a safer place, bNetS@vvy is Government Video’s Website of the Week.
