Will stream upon request, unless contradicted

WASHINGTON—Live streams of any oral argument in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will now be available upon request per a vote earlier this week. The only restriction for this new rule will be if a sufficient case can be made against it. Requests for live streaming can be submitted to liveaudiorequest@cadc.uscourts.gov.
