CHELMSFORD, Mass.—Broadcast Pix’s Product Manager Tony Mastantuono is slated to take part in a video-over-IP panel discussion during the Alliance for Community Media 2019 Annual Conference. The panel is scheduled for July 10.
As part of the panel, Mastantuono is planning to put a spotlight on GovTV, the San Diego-based company that offers remote live production of government meetings using a Broadcast Pix BPSwitch IP-based workflow model.
Broadcast pix is also planning to showcase the BPSwitch with the latest version 7.5 software at its booth (Booth 15) during the two-days of the conference. The new software provides browser-based switching on mobile devices through the Broadcast Pix Commander touchscreen control platform. It features IP-based remote control of servers and robotic cameras, access to all workflow tools and full-motion viewing of production elements through an internet connection. Additional features include improvements to the BPfusion CG automation software and enhanced controls for routers, cameras and streaming CDNs.
ACM 2019 is taking place from July 10-12 in Portland, Ore.
