LAS VEGAS– ATX Networks will demo its Vidiplay IPTV solution and add-ons, including the UCrypt gateway, DigiVu II encoder, and VersAtive Pro transcoders, at this year’s InfoComm16, June 4-10.
Vidiplay features include client authentication and access control, interactive program guide, VOD, network personal video recording and digital signage capabilities. IP set-back boxes and Smart TV clients can be included for delivering IP video to clients for TVs, PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
ATX’s UCrypt gateway can ingest up to 60 MPEG-2 or H.264, and HD or SD video streams from any cable provider’s signal source. A stream can be outputted with Pro:Idiom encryption or in-the-clear IP format.
The DigiVu II encoder offers local channel insertion and backhaul applications as well as multi-input, multichannel and PEG encoding to QAM and IP. Video inputs include HD or SD-SDI, CVBS, HDMI, VGA and component. Video outputs include MPEG-2 or H.264, SD or HD and multiple output profile encoding. Designed for cost effective use, ATX’s VersAtivePro gives users the freedom to transcode whatever and whenever they want.
Attendees to InfoComm16 can see ATX Network’s products at the Digital Signage Pavilion in booth N1263.
