Zero U, IP-based KVM transmitter

LAS VEGAS—Adder Technology will arrive at the 2018 NAB Show with what it is touting as the first Zero U, IP-based KVM transmitter, the AdderLink Infinity 100T (ALIF100T). Adder designed this compact KVM transmitter to take up what it describes as “no rack space” and work for audio and video broadcast operations.

Part of the AdderLink Infinity solution, the ALIF100T is a USB-powered KVM transmitter. It can be retrofitted into an existing infrastructure without recabling, moving computers or changing racking. It can be plugged straight into the back of any computer and can hang from the back of the source. The ALIF100T can also link remote units for a streamlined workspace.

Additional features include the system using only 2 W of power and the ability to be powered directly from USB.

Adder will display the ALIF100T at its booth, SL4227, throughout the 2018 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
