Tripod vendor 3Pod has announced the release of new 3Pod video shooting tools, including tripods, monopods, ballheads and videoheads.
Headlining the collection is the line of Orbit tripods, featuring the Orbit overhead shot system, which allows for overhead and low-angle shots courtesy of a center column that can be tilted or oriented horizontally. The Orbit Overhead Shot System tripods are available in either carbon fiber or aluminum.
Other new solutions include the four-section lightweight Monopod with fluid base, featuring four adjustable sections for maximum height in a minimum package, as well as a cushioned grip, and flip lock legs; the Table Top tripod with ballhead, which is designed for lightweight cameras, lights and accessories that weigh up to four pounds; the M1 Mini Ballhead, which is designed for action camera users and lighting technicians that can be used for positioning of GoPro cameras, strobes or small LED light panels; and the T1 Tilthead.
All 3Pod ballheads use industry standard quick release systems for interchangeability between support devices, according to the company.
