Bose QC15 noise-cancelling headphones
The 2013 Government Video Expo kicks off at 9AM on Wednesday this week (Dec. 4), and I'm really looking forward to it. I know that many of these blog posts have been about or referred to the GV Expo, but we're in the final stretch now. If you work in video for a government agency and are reasonably close to Washington, I hope that you'll take the time to visit the show.
If you do visit, keep in mind that attending the keynote speeches is free, as is the show floor with nearly 200 exhibitors. Even better, your free admission gets you a chance at the GV Expo raffle, for which we have some great prizes. Just this morning, I received the final prize for the raffle: a pair of Bose QC15 noise-cancelling headphones very kindly supplied by Audio Network. With a list price of $300, these are excellent headphones from one of the world's most respected audio companies, and would make a fine addition to any home listening system.
If you make it to the show and see me flying around from one task to another, feel free to stop me and chat for a moment. Honestly, I won't have a lot of time to spend with you, but I would like to meet you and learn a little about what you do. Who knows? Maybe that will turn into something bigger.
See you at the GV Expo!
