Air Force Airlift Wing Seek Videoconferencing Equipment, Install

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a vendor to supply and install video teleconferencing and audiovisual equipment at the conference room of the 302W Airlift Wing, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.

The “pricing worksheet” accompanying the solicitation lists the about 40 items the Air Force is seeking. They include two 90-inch LED flat panel displays, microphones, ceiling speakers, a power amplifier and a CISCO HD camera.

The procurement is a set-aside for small businesses, and vendors are to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements.

The solicitation was issued Aug. 1, and the deadline for responses is Aug. 16 at 10 a.m. Mountain Time. The solicitation number is FA2517-13-T-6022.
