National Guard Unit in Aurora, Colo. Needs CCTV Cameras Installed

The U.S. Army is seeking bids for the installation of a closed circuit television security system at the National Guard Bureau, Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora, Colo.

The statement of work calls for the installation of six cameras furnished by the government including a Bosch VG5-624ECS Dome camera and Bosch Bubble PCLR Clear camera. Therefore, the contractor has to be a Bosch systems certified installer, the solicitation said.

The contractor is to supply digital video recorders, pole mounts, power supplies, a monitor and cable (all single mode fiber cable must be yellow) and other accessories, the solicitation said. Diagrams of the buildings at which the cameras are to be installed are included in the SOW.

Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order for an award to be made.

The solicitation was issued July 24, and the deadline for responses is Aug. 22, 2 p.m. Mountain time. The solicitation number is W912LC-13-T-5011.
