The Transportation Security Administration is seeking the installation of audiovisual equipment and accessories at the TSA Regional Director’s Atlanta Field Office, College Park, Ga.
The installation will be in a conference room at the facility and will require all audiovisual resources and tools needed to conduct executive-level meetings, the TSA said. Details of the installation are on the statement of work, but some highlights are:

  • The projection system’s resolution will be a wide extended graphics array producing at least 4000 lumens and be mounted on the ceiling, according to the TSA.
  • The audio system will be comprised of a series of high quality, ceiling-mounted speakers connected to an audio mixer/processor with acoustic echo cancellation and integrated telephone hybrid, the agency said.
  • The control system will enable any end user easy control and operation of the multi-media system with the push of a button, the TSA said.

The procurement is a set-aside for small businesses, and vendors are to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements.
