It’s not the first police department to use YouTube as a “Wanted” poster, but the University of Texas at San Antonio Police Department is looking now for two people linked to a suspicious activity.

A story on MySanAntonio.com says the people in the video, shot at a local Walmart, are suspected of involvement in a threatening situation at the main campus this spring.

The site also said the department is looking to start using various social media sites to distribute information to students.

The video, here, had more than 3,800 hits Wednesday morning since being posted Monday (May 4).

According to MySanAntonion.com, part of the main campus was evacuated during the incident in question, but the threat was determined to be a false alarm.

The department’s alert on the matter is here.
