Cameras in the Court Bill Re-Introduced in Senate

WASHINGTON—The Senate is trying once again to get cameras into federal courts, including the Supreme Court, by reintroducing the Sunshine in the Courtroom Act. Brought forth by Sens. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), the bill would give the presiding judge in a federal court the discretion to allow cameras. Things like private conversations between clients and counsel, opposing counsel and with the judge would not be allowed.
