ATTO Technology, a provider of storage and network connectivity and infrastructure solutions, will support the Windows 8 line of network and storage connectivity products.
In addition, ATTO offers a suite of software-based productivity and performance-enhancing solutions for Windows.
ATTO is providing accessibility for departmental infrastructures, as well as those found in “big data” environments such as media and entertainment, oil and gas, computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) and medical imaging, said Wayne Arvidson, the company’s vice president of marketing.
“We expect to add certification for our Thunderbolt technology enabled Desklink devices in the coming weeks, which is key as Windows 8 expands the types of devices that need to connect into high-performance infrastructures,” Arvidson said.
ATTO Technology provides storage and network connectivity and infrastructure solutions for data-intensive computing environments, he said.
